Just Prefect.

This is Freddie’s Monday morning face. He’s a man with responsibilities now.

Freddie is in Year 6 now, and has been appointed Prefect. In order to become a Prefect at his school, Year 6 pupils have to write a letter to the headteacher, and then have an interview — a gentle introduction to the real-life skills they will need to develop in order to eventually take their place in the adult world.

At this stage in his education, Freddie has already outstripped anything I managed to achieve at Primary school. Go Freddie!

He said ‘You’re very proud of me.’ And he’s right.
